Ayurveda is an ancient healing method that originated in India. It goes hand in hand with yoga and meditation. There are recommendations on herbal treatments, cleansing treatments, dietary treatments, etc. Some Ayurvedic practices include Ishnaan, Dry Brushing, Abhyanga, Fasting, Herbal Teas and Supplements, as well as many other methodologies. I use this method of healing as a daily maintenance in our family’s life.
